Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g flour, preferably whole grain
- 240 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar, homemade
- 2 pinches of cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large banana(s), mashed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil (macadamia oil)
- some oil, neutral, for frying
- e.g. maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
fluffy, juicy and vegan
Carefully mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Heat a little neutral oil in a nonstick pan and fry small pancakes one at a time. Makes about 14. Stack on two plates and drizzle with plenty of maple syrup. Serve immediately and enjoy.
