Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g flaxseed meal
- 50 g sesame, crushed
- 30 g wheat bran
- 50 g sunflower seeds, crushed
- 50 g flour (gluten flour / wheat gluten powder)
- 50 g pumpkin seeds, crushed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 g blue poppy seeds, crushed
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Low carb, only 2g carbs per slice!
First, preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. This is easiest with a food processor or by forming a mushy, sticky dough with your hands. Pour the dough into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the bread for 60 minutes; this may vary from oven to oven. Just do a toothpick test.
