Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 200 g ground almonds
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g flaxseed

Low carb, wonderfully nutty
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the yogurt. Melt the butter and mix in. Add the baking soda and salt. Now mix in the ground almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Place the bread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. You can, of course, vary the type of nuts and seeds as desired, but the ratio should remain the same in the end.
