Bethsi's Pudding Oats

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 20 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 300 g milk
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 25 g protein powder
  • e.g. flavor powder or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

sweet and protein-rich

Place the oats, pudding powder, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning. As soon as the mixture begins to thicken, turn off the heat. If using protein powder, first mix it with flavor powder or sweetener, optional yogurt, and water in a bowl. Gradually add the water. The mixture should form a creamy, thick mixture. Stir this into the finished pudding oats. If the consistency is still too runny, let the mixture stand for a few minutes. If you’re not using protein powder, mix the flavor powder or sweetener and optional yogurt into the pudding oats after cooking. Pour into a bowl and top as desired. I really like it with fruit and muesli. This recipe is intended as a basic recipe; the only limit is your imagination. Tip: If you like it even creamier, you can replace 20g of oats with instant oats or instant oats. Approx. 425 kcal per serving.
