Oatmeal with banana and chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 270 ml milk or vegan alternative
  • 1 tsp, heaped chia seeds and/or flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp sweetener, e.g. agave syrup, rice syrup etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, also vegan possible

Combine the oats, cinnamon, milk, and chia or flax seeds in a saucepan and let it sit on the stove until a porridge forms (about 15 minutes, stirring frequently). Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Sweeten the oatmeal with the sweetener and add it to the banana. Mix everything together. Optionally, you can also add other fruits to the porridge.
