Indian balloon bread

Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt, cumin, and yeast; mix until dry. Add water, yogurt, and oil. Knead thoroughly and set aside to rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Knead the dough again briefly and roll out into 8 small flatbreads. Let rise briefly until the oil is hot enough for frying. Fry in hot oil, spooning hot oil over the top. Turn over and do not let it overcook. Drain the fat on kitchen paper. The bhaturas are smaller than in a restaurant because I use a small pot to save oil.
