Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Oil, etc. for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Smoked pork slices with vegetables and cheese, quick and tasty

Season the slices of smoked pork with salt and pepper. Add them to the hot pan and sear briefly on both sides. Then transfer them to a baking dish. Cut the broccoli into small florets and place them on top of the smoked pork slices. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven. Bake at 20°C (fan oven) for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted (use frozen and let it thaw slightly, so it’ll still be nice and crispy when it comes out of the oven). You can eat it with a slice of bread, croquettes, or even potatoes, for example.
