Bicicletta – Campari with a difference

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 ml Campari
  • 125 ml white wine, fruity, dry
  • 1 dashes lime juice or lemon juice
  • n. B. Ice, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A colorful treat as an aperitif or long drink!

Pour the Campari into a glass. Add a splash of lime or lemon juice and top up with 1/8 liter of white wine. Add ice cubes if desired and serve. Tip: You can garnish the glass with a lime slice; the color combination then looks fantastic. Notes: I’ve heard that this drink is very popular in Venice, but it also tastes great further north. At least, I know it from my area. I use glasses that would also hold a Campari Orange – about 200 ml should fit without overflowing. In a pinch, wine or champagne glasses will also do. You should figure out the mixing ratio for yourself. I never measure, but I think I add between 2 and 4 cl (depending on my mood, my mood, and what I’m doing). I recommend using something similar to Campari Orange.
