Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g butter, melted
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 75 g honey
- 200 g almonds, sliced or desiccated coconut (to taste)
- some bitter almond flavor
- 2 eggs
- 70 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Make a yeast dough from the ingredients, from flour to dry yeast. Roll it out onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. For the topping, briefly boil the butter, sugar, and honey. Stir in the almonds or desiccated coconut and let it cool. Stir in the eggs, cream, and salt and spread the mixture over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
