Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 pack of smoked tofu
- 6 tbsp lettuce (coleslaw)
- 1 pack of yoghurt, dressed (tzatziki)
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- ½ tbsp spice mix for gyros
- 4 dashes of hot red sauce (Red Pepper or Tabasco)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions

Vegetarian and low-fat
Cut the smoked tofu into very thin slices the day before. Place the oil and seasoning mix in a freezer bag and add the tofu. Marinate everything for a day. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into approximately 1 cm cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cut the flatbread into quarters and cut open the corners like a pocket. Place the tofu in a very good non-stick pan and sear. Fill the flatbread pockets with coleslaw, tofu, tzatziki, and the cucumber and tomato mix, as desired, and season with a dash of hot sauce. According to WW, one serving is rated 6. Served with a green salad, it’s a complete main meal.
