Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g gnocchi
- 250 g minced turkey
- 50 g onion(s)
- 100 g gherkins
- 50 g cheese, grated, light
- 200 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 80 g ketchup, light
- 3 tsp cucumber water
- 1 tsp mustard

Sauté the minced meat with the onions and a little water in a pan. Add the gnocchi and fry, adding a little water at a time. Finely chop the gherkins. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Once the gnocchi are ready, remove the pan from the heat. Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with cheese and gherkins. One serving has 420 kcal and 23 g of protein.
