Paprika chicken with jacket potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 500 g chicken strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 50 g cream cheese with paprika and pepperoni (e.g. from Buko)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the potatoes and cook as usual. Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper, trim it, and slice it into strips. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Sauté it in a pan with a little oil. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. When the chicken is cooked through, add the cream cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Serve the potatoes and the chicken strips on plates. Serve with iceberg lettuce and aioli.
