Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes
- 8 Gherkins
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 3 Onions
- 200 g Bacon slices
- 600 g Ground beef
- 50 g Parmesan
For the sauce:
- 8 tbsp French dressing
- 16 tbsp Cucumber relish
- 4 tbsp Chopped onion
- 4 tsp White vinegar
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 8 tsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
For the salad:
- Cut the onions into rings and place in a baking dish. Place the bacon on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Season the minced beef with paprika, pepper and salt and fry in a pan until crumbly. Put the grated Parmesan with the sliced tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce in a large bowl and mix together. Cut the baked bacon slices into small pieces, add to the vegetables with the onions and the minced meat and mix well.
For the sauce:
- Simply mix all the ingredients together well and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Serve the Big Mac salad with the sauce.
