Ingredients
 

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 8 Gherkins
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 3 Onions
  • 200 g Bacon slices
  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 50 g Parmesan

For the sauce:

  • 8 tbsp French dressing
  • 16 tbsp Cucumber relish
  • 4 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 4 tsp White vinegar
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 8 tsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

For the salad:

  • Cut the onions into rings and place in a baking dish. Place the bacon on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Season the minced beef with paprika, pepper and salt and fry in a pan until crumbly. Put the grated Parmesan with the sliced ​​tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce in a large bowl and mix together. Cut the baked bacon slices into small pieces, add to the vegetables with the onions and the minced meat and mix well.

For the sauce:

  • Simply mix all the ingredients together well and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Serve the Big Mac salad with the sauce.
