Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp butter, semi-skimmed butter or semi-skimmed margarine
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 40 g raisins (can be omitted)
  • 375 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 40 g gelling sugar, or regular sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dashes butter vanilla flavoring
  • 1 dashes rum flavoring
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the ingredients for the dough and pour it into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper. It’s best to spread the dough evenly in the pan with wet hands. Then add the topping ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour the topping onto the base and spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) and bake the cake for about 45-55 minutes, until it has a golden brown surface. This cake is quick to make and tastes delicious. For those of you who like to bake: If you make 12 cakes, this cake gets 3 points.
