Instructions

Clean and wash the prawns and drizzle with lemon juice. Marinate for about 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions for about 10 minutes, until al dente. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Sauté in 12 tablespoons of olive oil, then simmer. Peel the garlic and thinly slice. Pick the rosemary. Add it to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic and sauté. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the prawns. Drain the spaghetti and toss in the tomato broth. Arrange the spaghetti on plates and place the prawns on top. Tip: If you prefer, you can use sun-dried tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes – they have a stronger flavor.
