Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes
  • 1 kg yogurt (whole milk)
  • 6 apples
  • 8 bananas
  • 250 g butter
  • 400 g sugar
  • 1 shot of honey (large shot)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Moisten a pan with a little water and stir in the sugar until the mixture slowly turns brown (candied). Then add the butter and immediately after that the oats. Mix everything well and let cool. Once cooled, peel the apples and cut them into 1 cm x 1 cm pieces. Peel the bananas, halve them, and then cut them into approximately 1 cm pieces. Now mix the apples, bananas, and whole-milk yogurt with the candied oats. Finally, add a generous dash of honey. Mix everything well and enjoy.
