Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt, Greek
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 apples
  • 35 g ground nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Cranberries or raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

healthy, low in sugar, filling, easy to prepare

Core the apples and chop them into small pieces in a food processor. Alternatively, you can finely grate the apples. Then, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the muesli to become nice and creamy. The muesli will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week, so it’s easy to prepare for several days.
