Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • some water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nuts, chopped
  • 1 apple, with peel, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Soak the oatmeal overnight in a little water. Then mix it with lemon juice, cream, and honey, stir in the grated apple, and sprinkle with nuts.
