Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Uncle Ben’s Express Rice Pudding Cinnamon
  • 140 ml Milk
  • 200 g Cherries from the glass
  • 100 ml Cherry juice
  • 3 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 1 tsp Pudding powder
  • 1 piece Egg yolk (size M)
  • 70 g Hearty oat flakes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Uncle Ben’s express rice pudding cinnamon with the milk according to the package instructions and then fill a casserole dish with a size of 20 x 15 cm.
  • Put the cherries on a sieve and drain. Collect the juice. Now boil 100 ml of cherry juice with a tablespoon of honey. Stir the pudding powder in 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the boiling cherry juice. Add cherries and bring to the boil until lightly bound and set aside.
  • Mix the egg yolk and the remaining honey and vigorously fold in the oat flakes. Spread the cherries on the rice pudding in the pan and pour the oat flakes evenly over the top.
  • Put everything in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat in the middle rack and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Tip 5: If you don't have a baking dish at hand, just use a small pan.
