Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beefsteak(s) – mince
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 eggs
- 60 g bacon (striped)
- 1 roll(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- Butter, for toasting and frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Soak the bread roll in a bowl of hot water, season the beefsteak mince well, fry the finely chopped onion and bacon in hot butter and mix well with the mince. Add the squeezed bread roll. Form 4 round steaks, fry in hot butter for 2 minutes, turn over and make a depression in the cooked side. Drop an egg into each one. Cover and let set for about 10 minutes (low heat). Serve with fried potatoes and a mixed salad.
