- n. B. Remoulade
- 2 slices of pastrami (cold cuts)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 2 slices of cheese of your choice
- some pepper, green, ground
- 2 eggs
- some oil for frying
- some chili, ground
- some parsley for sprinkling

Place the slice of bread on a plate, spread with the remoulade, and top with the meat slices. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and arrange it on top of the meat. Place the two cheese slices on top of the onion rings and grind some green pepper over them. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the two eggs until fried and sprinkle with chili flakes. Place the fried eggs on top of the cheese slices, sprinkle with parsley, garnish, and serve.
