Biscuit & Co: Chocolate Cookies

- 140 g Brown sugar
- 60 g White sugar
- 250 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 150 g Buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 60 g Cocoa powder
- 200 g Dark couverture, chopped
- 50 g Dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 Pr Salt
- Let the butter become liquid and cool. Beat the sugar and butter in the food processor until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and beat until a creamy mixture is formed. Mix all other ingredients and add slowly. Let stir well.
- With two tablespoons (keep dipping in water) stand up the dough, switch from one spoon to the other several times, then place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave a lot of space in between. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 125 minutes.
- The cookies are cross on the outside and already fluffy on the inside. Yummy.
