Biscuit & Co: Chocolate Cookies

The perfect biscuit & co: chocolate cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 140 g Brown sugar
  • 60 g White sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 60 g Cocoa powder
  • 200 g Dark couverture, chopped
  • 50 g Dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Pr Salt
  1. Let the butter become liquid and cool. Beat the sugar and butter in the food processor until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and beat until a creamy mixture is formed. Mix all other ingredients and add slowly. Let stir well.
  1. With two tablespoons (keep dipping in water) stand up the dough, switch from one spoon to the other several times, then place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave a lot of space in between. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 125 minutes.
  1. The cookies are cross on the outside and already fluffy on the inside. Yummy.
