Black Forest Maidli Layered Dessert

- 200 g Ladyfingers
- 6 cl Kirsch
- 1 large Sour cherries from the glass
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 400 ml Cream
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 150 g Cream yogurt
- 150 g Cinnamon
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- Place spoon biscuits in a baking dish and sprinkle with kirsch.
- Bring the cherries, cherry juice and a little cinnamon to the boil and stir in the pudding powder and 1 packet of vanilla sugar, cool briefly and distribute on the biscuits. Then whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the mascarpone and yogurt. Spread on the cherry mixture.
- Grate the chocolate and spread on the cream. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours! Then serve and enjoy!
