Black Forest Tarte Flambée

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 package of dough (tarte flambée dough)
  • 100 g cheese (raclette cheese), in one piece
  • 3 sprigs of marjoram or thyme
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 200 g leek
  • 100 g ham (Black Forest ham) in thin slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Unroll the dough and place it on a baking sheet, along with the baking paper. Coarsely grate the cheese. Wash the marjoram/thyme and shake dry. Pick off the leaves and chop them. Stir both into the sour cream. Season with a pinch of pepper and a little salt. Spread the sour cream on the tarte flambée dough, leaving a small border all around. Trim and wash the leek and cut it into thin rings. Sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake the tarte flambée in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225°C/fan oven: 200°C) for 12–15 minutes. Cut the ham into small pieces and arrange them on top of the tarte flambée. Serve immediately.
