Black noodles with garlic cream and shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pasta (linguine, nero de sepia), black
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of shrimp(s), frozen or fresh
  • ½ pack of feta cheese
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Peel the garlic, press it in, and sauté briefly. Add the shrimp and cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Dice the feta cheese. Drain the pasta and arrange on plates. Add the feta cheese to the sauce, stir briefly, and pour the mixture over the prepared pasta. Serve immediately. Tip: If you like, garnish with a little pink peppercorn.
