Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 400 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
- 2 packs of bacon (breakfast bacon)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the ham into small cubes. Place the eggs in a large bowl and whisk well with a little mineral water. Add the ham cubes and grated cheese, season, and mix well. Fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Pour the egg mixture into a large pan and make scrambled eggs. Arrange the eggs on plates and top with the bacon. Serve with a fresh salad.
