Black radish and pomegranate salad with fruity dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s), black
  • ½ pomegranate, seeds removed
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs for decoration
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (blackcurrant balsamic), sweet
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the radish. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Combine the radish with the pomegranate and dressing and fill into bowls. Let it marinate for a while, then sprinkle with fresh herbs.
