Black radish – carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ radish(s), black
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the radish, and if necessary, the carrots. Slice or grate both vegetables and boil in salted water until tender. Let cool, then add the vinegar, oil, and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Transfer to a large bowl or several small bowls.
