Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (star-shaped or shell pasta), small
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 50 ml water

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Great for children’s birthdays, barbecues or buffets

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Trim and wash the bell pepper, then dice it into small pieces (about the size of the pasta). Combine the vinegar, oil, water, sweetener, and parsley in a large bowl; mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, diced onion, and bell pepper to the bowl and mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour and season again with salt before serving.
