Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g blueberries
- 60 g blackberries
- 100 ml natural yogurt, low-fat
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 sprigs of mint, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the fruit, yogurt, and milk together with a hand blender. If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly. Season to taste with honey or maple syrup and lime or lemon juice. Garnish with mint or a fruit skewer made from a slice of banana, a blackberry, and a blueberry.
