Blackberry-cherry Plum Juice

The perfect blackberry-cherry plum juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 kilogram Cherry plums
  • 900 g Blackberries
  • Sweetener to taste
  1. Place the fruit in the top container of a steam juicer and plenty of water in the lower container. Cook on the highest level. Regularly draw off the juice in the middle container and fill it into previously sterilized bottles.
