Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g currants, black
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pick the blackcurrants from the stalks and wash them. Peel the banana and roughly chop them. Blend the fruit with yogurt, milk, and lemon juice. Sweeten with sugar or agave syrup, if desired. Serve in glasses.
