Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish(s) , prepared plaice
  • some lemon juice
  • some salt
  • some flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 50 g bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drizzle the plaice with lemon juice, coat with salt, and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the plaice until golden brown on both sides. Keep the plaice warm. Fry diced bacon in the hot oil and sprinkle over the plaice. This goes wonderfully with potato and cucumber salad.
