Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk, hard-boiled
  • 1 egg yolk, raw
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • some salt
  • some sugar
  • some garlic powder
  • some curry powder
  • some paprika powder
  • some white pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Salad dressing / salad sauce

Place the hard-boiled egg yolk in a bowl, mash it with a fork, add the raw egg yolk, and mix well. While stirring, pour in the oil and season the salad dressing with wine vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices. This salad dressing goes well with asparagus, tomato, and lettuce, radish salad, egg, and fish salad.
