Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • Jam (apricot jam)
  • Chocolate coating, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients, including the butter, into a dough. Chill. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out round cookies and rings of equal size. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Cover the rings with chocolate coating and let dry. Spread the jam over the cookies and top with the coated rings.
