Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 4 tsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
- olive oil
- possibly cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with pasta
Finely chop the onion and garlic, blanch the tomatoes, peel, deseed, and dice them. Sauté the diced onion and garlic in olive oil, add the diced tomatoes, and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, simmer for a moment, and deglaze with a little water (it should remain thick). Stir well and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. If desired, add a dash of cream at the end.
