Blood Orange Jam with Red Wine, Cinnamon and Cloves

Ingredients
 

  • 1 L Blood orange juice
  • 1 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 0,5 tsp Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the blood oranges. Pour the juice into a large saucepan, mix well with the preserving sugar, cinnamon, red wine and cloves.
  • Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes, then remove from the stove and pour into glasses rinsed with hot water, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
