Blood Orange Jam with Red Wine, Cinnamon and Cloves

The perfect blood orange jam with red wine, cinnamon and cloves recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 l Blood orange juice
  • 1 kg Preserving sugar 2 + 1
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 1 Tl Cinammon
  • 0,5 Tl Cloves
  1. Squeeze the blood oranges. Pour the juice into a large saucepan, mix well with the preserving sugar, cinnamon, red wine and cloves.
  2. Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes, then remove from the stove and pour into glasses rinsed with hot water, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
