Blood Orange Jam with Red Wine, Cinnamon and Cloves

- 1 l Blood orange juice
- 1 kg Preserving sugar 2 + 1
- 200 ml Red wine
- 1 Tl Cinammon
- 0,5 Tl Cloves
- Squeeze the blood oranges. Pour the juice into a large saucepan, mix well with the preserving sugar, cinnamon, red wine and cloves.
- Bring everything to a boil over high heat and simmer for 4 minutes, then remove from the stove and pour into glasses rinsed with hot water, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
