Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 50 g blue cheese, strong (e.g. Roquefort)
- 50 g mild blue cheese (e.g. Bavaria or Costella Blue)
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 10 slices of baguette
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut both cheeses into small pieces, add them to a bowl with the crème fraîche, and mix with a mixer. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler until golden brown on both sides. Let cool slightly. Spread the cheese mixture over the baguette slices and drizzle with honey. Delicious served hot or cold.
