Blueberry balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 250 ml balsamic vinegar, mild
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • some tonka bean shavings
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Wash the blueberries and place them in a saucepan with all the ingredients. If the balsamic vinegar is very acidic, add sugar to taste. Now mash the blueberries slightly, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few minutes. Then blend everything until smooth and pour into bottles.
