Blueberry-banana ice cream with chocolate sprinkles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 80 g blueberries
  • ½ tbsp vanilla powder
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Ice cream for breakfast, without a guilty conscience

For the ice cream: Cut the bananas into chunks and freeze them with the blueberries for about 6 hours. Then puree until smooth. For the chocolate sprinkles: Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender/food processor. Of course, you can also chop and mix everything by hand. Then garnish the ice cream with the chocolate sprinkles.
