Blueberry-Basil Shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 70 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • ½ jar mineral water, medium
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, perhaps adding a few whole blueberries, and enjoy.
