Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp, heaped yogurt
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 10 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender or blender until no lumps remain. Pour everything into a glass and enjoy. One serving (approx. 300 ml) contains approximately 200 kcal.
