Vegan wild garlic spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 pack of plant-based spread (e.g. Philadelphia or simplyV)
  • 1 handful of wild garlic leaves
  • 3 stalks of basil
  • little salt
  • some pepper or cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the counterpart to cream cheese

Roast the pine seeds and sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Let cool. Transfer the spread to a bowl. Wash the wild garlic, if necessary, and spin dry thoroughly. Then chop it finely and add it to the bowl. Repeat with the basil. Season to taste. Briefly puree with a hand blender. Add the seeds and mix everything thoroughly. The spread will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
