Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 200 g quark
- 125 g margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flour
- 750 g blueberries, fresh
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Knead the flour, margarine, quark, and salt into a dough. Place it in a greased springform pan and form a raised edge. Spread the washed and well-drained blueberries on the bottom. For the glaze, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then stir in the remaining ingredients and pour the glaze evenly over the blueberries. Bake the cake at 175°C (350°F) conventional or 165°C (325°F) fan-assisted for about 45 minutes. It’s especially delicious served lukewarm with a dollop of whipped cream.
