Blueberry cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g oil
  • 120 g whole milk yogurt
  • 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 g spelt flour type 630
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 700 g blueberries
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, add the oil and yogurt, and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add the Amaretto. Grease a baking sheet well, pour the batter onto the sheet, and smooth it down. Sprinkle the blueberries on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
