Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- ½ cup mineral water
- 200 g sugar
- 240 g butter
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g chocolate (bake-proof chocolate drops)
- 250 g blueberries
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
for chocolate and fruit lovers as well as for every coffee afternoon
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until frothy. Stir in all other ingredients (except the blueberries and chocolate chips) until a smooth batter forms. Then fold in the blueberries and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 28cm springform pan and bake for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
