Corn and cheese salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 700 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • 2 cans of corn (medium can)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • some vinegar
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the bell peppers. Cut the bell peppers, cooked ham, and Gouda cheese into small cubes (about the size of corn) and place them in a bowl. Then season with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cream. If the salad dressing isn’t enough for you, you can add a little more of the second cup of cream and then adjust the seasoning if necessary. This salad goes wonderfully with grilled food!
