Blueberry cheesecake to drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml liqueur (cherry liqueur)
  • 150 g ice cream, chocolate
  • 150 g ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the blueberries, drain them, and check that they are free of any vine residue. Set aside about 3 tablespoons of the blueberries for garnish. Combine the remaining blueberries, whipped cream, ice cream, cherry liqueur, and cream cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into 2 tall glasses and garnish with the reserved blueberries. Serve immediately while the drink is still nice and chilled!
