Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 3 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 2 rolls, stale
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- 150 g cheese, Gouda
- 1 tsp peppercorns, green
- Maggi (as desired)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Soak the rolls in water and squeeze out any excess moisture. Cut the cheese into small cubes and mix all the ingredients with the ground meat to form a dough. I formed two balls, placed them on baking paper, and baked them in the oven at about 200°C for a good hour.
