Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 250 g sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a container along with the blueberries. Add the sugar, milk, and cream and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Transfer to the ice cream maker and chill for one hour.
